When artificial intelligence surpasses Shakespeare
Can artificial intelligence surpass human creativity? A new study from the University of Pittsburgh suggests that it can. AI-generated poetry not only fooled readers, but even surpassed great classical poets such as Shakespeare.
Context
In a study involving more than 1,600 people, AI-generated verses were often identified as if they had been written by humans. Furthermore, only 46.6% of readers could accurately identify that they had been written by AI. The "artificial" poems were rated higher than the works of famous poets in terms of rhythm, beauty, and emotional impact, and were more popular with readers because they were easier to understand. It is clear that AI's capabilities are not limited to practical solutions, but are also capable of evoking deep emotions.
Interestingly, when participants were told that the text was written by AI, their ratings immediately became lower. Apparently, preconceptions overshadow objective opinion.
What does this mean?
This study challenges our understanding of literature and reveals that AI can not only match humans in creativity, but also surpass them. This raises fundamental questions about the nature of art: do we evaluate a work for its emotional impact or for the identity of its author? AI is rapidly making its way into creative fields, so who knows, perhaps in the future we will recognize poets not by their names, but by their algorithms.

AI in practice: How to write AI texts in a more human way? 10 tips
Artificial intelligence is a great tool for creating texts, but extra effort is needed to make these texts sound natural. However, ChatGPT is now widely used, and it is becoming easy for many to notice the AI's style and writing style. Let's take a look at how to adapt AI so that texts are not only grammatically correct but also "real."
Step #1: Vary the length of sentences
AI likes to write very long, informative sentences. Texts will sound more natural if they consist of both long and short sentences.
Step #2: Write in short sentences
Ask AI to write in short sentences to maintain clarity and keep the content from becoming too complex.
Step #3: Use sixth-grade vocabulary
Write in simple words that are easy for everyone to understand.
Step #4: Avoid repetition
Language models tend to repeat their statements constantly. To make the text less robotic, ask them not to repeat statements and to express their thoughts in an original way.
Step #5: Maintain the right tone
If you use a certain tone in your communication, especially in your company, such as casual or light-hearted, ask the AI to maintain it in all written texts.
Step #6: Add humor
Although you can ask the AI to do this, it is better and more natural to add your own humor. This will make the text sound more human and reflect the writer's personality.
Step #7: Insert statistical data
If appropriate for the nature of the text, insert additional accurate statistical data. The text will be more substantiated and credible.
Step #8: Write as a specific person
Ask the AI model to write the text as if it were a specific person. For example, a university student, a doctor, etc.
Step #9: Use an AI agent
If you have a paid version, create an AI assistant that will rewrite each text in a more human way, based on the requirements listed above. Provide it with examples of your own writing and ask it to write as if it were you.
Step #10: Use additional platforms
Finally, texts written in English can be uploaded to platforms that humanize AI texts themselves. For example, humanizeai.pro, surferseo.com, etc.
To find out how human-like your English text sounds, you can upload it to zerogpt.com or a similar AI detection website.
Good luck writing with the help of invisible AI!
